Design, cutting, bending, machining, welding, and paint, turnkey under one roof. Here’s what each operation does. And if your job needs something we don’t list, ask anyway. We’ll find a way.
We work with businesses only, not individual consumers.
Raw Material Cutting
Start with material cut to your specifications. Our fiber lasers cut sheet and plate in mild steel, stainless steel, and aluminum, our tube laser and band saws handle any bar material, and our router cuts industrial and food-grade plastics.
Metal Bending
Shape flat material into components ready for assembly. Our press brakes handle heavy plate on long sections as well as thinner sheet metal, and we can also break up to 7/8 in round.
CNC Machining
We machine most steel products, along with non-ferrous metals and industrial-grade plastics. The possibilities are endless, so instead of listing them all here, reach out and we can talk through what you need.
Welding
We offer MIG and TIG welding capabilities in mild steel, stainless steel, and aluminum. We handle projects of all sizes, from small custom components to large-scale fabrication and assemblies.
Painting
Finish parts without sending them across town. We paint special projects, small quantities, and rush jobs in house, and partner with local painters for larger runs.
CAD Design & Programming
We can program just about anything. We can come to your facility and take our own measurements of your parts, and we’re fully insured for all of your on-site needs. We can also handle programming over the phone or from a drawing you send.
Delivery
Our local delivery drivers and our sister company, TyTex, which runs hot shot delivery in Texas and the surrounding states, get parts to you faster and cheaper than our competitors. Local delivery is free in Waco and surrounding areas.
