Privacy policy
Your information stays with us.
We only collect what you send us through our forms, we use it to answer you, and we never sell it.
Last updated October 28, 2026
What we collect
We collect only what you choose to send us:
- Quote requests: your name, company, email, phone number, job details, and any drawings, DXF files, or photos you upload.
- Job applications: your contact details, work experience, the information you write about yourself, and your résumé.
- Emails and phone calls: whatever you share when you contact us directly.
When you add a DXF file to a quote request, your browser reads its size and shape to show you the preview. That happens on your device; the file itself only reaches us when you submit the form.
We don’t use advertising or tracking cookies, and we don’t build profiles of visitors.
How we use it
- To prepare quotes and talk with you about your job
- To review job applications and contact applicants
- To keep records of the work we do for our customers
We don’t sell, rent, or trade your information, and we don’t use it for marketing lists.
Who else handles it
A few service providers help us run the website. They handle your information only to do that job:
- Formspree delivers form submissions and uploaded files to our email and filters out spam.
- Our website host serves the site and keeps it secure.
- Our email provider stores the messages we receive.
We may also share information when the law requires it.
How long we keep it
- Quote requests and drawings: as long as we need them for the job and our business records.
- Job applications: up to one year, in case another position opens up, unless you ask us to delete yours sooner.
Drawings and files you send are used only for your job. We don’t share your designs with anyone outside the people working on it.
Your choices
You can ask us what information we have about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email us at team@carltonmfg.net or call (254) 829-6900, and we’ll take care of it.
Business customers only
We work with businesses, not individual consumers.
Changes to this policy
If we change how we handle information, we’ll update this page and the date at the top.
